First up is a fabulous dinner, and Lorraine thinks that after a hard day nothing beats Five-Spice Baked Ribs with a Sticky Honey Sesame Sauce. Next it's time for Lorraine's store cupboard standbys, her favorite ingredients that transform any dish from drab to fab. Pasta has made it onto the comfort menu with Lorraine's Easy Home-Made Cracked Black Pepper Pasta which is fantastic with a simple Creamy Pancetta, Mushrooms and Parmesan Sauce made from standby ingredients. Cosy Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with Chilli and Ginger is the next comforting treat. Then it's two chocolate treats; Chocolate Marshmallow Brown Sugar Fudge and Peppermint Creams Sugar Rush.
Lorraine shares her inspiration for a seriously Chocolatey, Chocolate Cheesecake With White Icing that doesn't involve any cooking. Next, salad gets an autumn twist in a hearty Pan-Fried Balsamic Pear Salad With Pancetta, Gorgonzola and a Warm Honey Dressing and in another seasonal treat Lorraine's rustling up Homely Chutney and giving it a twist with Apple, Blackberries and Cinnamon. Then it's Lorraine's favorite meal of the week, Sunday lunch. Comforting, leisurely and easy with Really Slow Roast pork Shoulder with Crispy, Crispy Crackling, Garlic Roast Vegetable, Gravy and delicious leftovers.
First up it's a gorgeous hearty Spanish Paella with Sherry, Chorizo and Prawns, the ideal one-pan help yourself dish. Lorraine's perfect casual nibbles to share with friends include mini versions of a dinner party classic, Beef Wellingtons, through to leisurely Herbed Baked Scotch Eggs. And for an incredible dramatic twist on everyone's favorite dessert, Lorraine's My Big Fat Tipsy Trifle is flambeed and fabulous.

Next Lorraine brings the taste of Spain to the table with her Rioja Braised Lamb Shanks With Chorizo and Garlic, served with her Buttery Fast Baked Mashed Potato. Then art meets baking meets home cooking in a fabulous Graffiti Cake, it looks incredible and you won't believe how easy it is to make and there's even a lollipop thrown in.
