With $100,000 and a life-changing title on the line, each home cook presents their signature dish for tasting by renowned judges Claudio Aprile, Michael Bonacini and Alvin Leung. Only those with the most impressive plates earn a coveted white MasterChef Canada apron and move forward in the competition.
