Pop Up Gourmet takes dining out to a new level. With locally grown or harvested ingredients, great wine and decadent decor, this trio creates one-night only pop -up restaurant experiences across. In this pilot Chef Cory, sommelier Anton and Brad the designer come to aid a Monetrey, California's that desires to build a moment to honor those lost at sea. Monetrey is a big fishing community and the team's pop-up restaurant will not only raise awareness about the monument but also showcase a 5-star dinner menu celebrating sustainable seafood, artichokes and locally Monterey wines. With four days, and lots of ideas, the team works around the clock to get the job done.
