Provencal Tarts & Dutch Apple Cake

Today on bake, Rachel shows you the recipe for a pissaladiere, a traditional Provencal tart, covered in caramelised onions, anchovies and olives. It has a puff pastry base which I'll show you how to make from scratch. Rachel visits William Curley, who was crowned Chocolatier of the Year. He gives her a tasting masterclass and she learn the secrets of his award winning specialities. And the cookery school students are making Dutch apple cake, using a batter mix and fresh fruit to create a light sponge with a lovely sugary crust.
