G. Garvin heads to Franklin, Tenn., to Noble Springs Dairy, where he works on a goat farm, and gets a lesson on how to make goat cheese. He then heads to Louisville, Ky. to Hillbilly Tea where the owner has made tea the star of all their dishes, including a Braised Lamb and drinks like tea hooch. G. wraps things up with a trip to Bardstown, Ky., to the Barton 1792 Distillery where he gets a tour of the bourbon process, followed by a cooking lesson using bourbon in a delicious Bananas Foster.
