Hillbilly Tea is the perfect spot for a stylish and unique experience in downtown Louisville. This Appalachian-themed restaurant serves up local dishes with a health-conscious twist. True to the name this hotspot is also a teahouse, brewing fresh organic whole-leaf teas. Sweet tea is a southern specialty but dare to try something rare and special at Hillbilly Tea.
