Cooking Channel's first interactive series brings viewers 3 perfect dishes and challenges them to compete by submitting their perfect dish. Winners will be brought to the Cooking Channel studio kitchen to make their perfect dish for Cooking Channel's website. Here's how it works: The TV series brings viewers the three most perfect recipes of a given dish or ingredient. If it's burgers, we'll examine Tyler Florence's classic version using ground beef brisket, topped with bacon, onions and the works. But wait, on Everyday Exotic, Roger Mooking challenges the classic with a ground lamb burger blended with Chinese 5 spice, finished with cucmber relish. Then Giada de Laurentis' tuna steak burgers topped with tapenade and roasted red peppers on Everyday Italian is a total game-changer. So, who's perfect? We'll invite Cooking Channel viewers to send us footage of their perfect dish. The winner gets her own webisode on CookingChannelTV.com.
