Season 0, Episode 1

Tino's Latino: Puerto Rico

Chef Tino Feliciano takes us on a Latin culinary adventure throughout Puerto Rico to explore the unique flavors and traditions of his homeland. First, Tino travels down the pork highway for a Puerto Rican favorite -- crispy whole roasted pig. Next, he stops at his favorite farmer's market where he finds all the ingredients for a traditional Latin breakfast with a kick. Then, he's off to the capital of San Juan to savor the celebrated food scene. Of course, no trip to Puerto Rico is complete without a stop at the oldest -- and most famous -- rum distillery in the world, Bacardi. Finally, he hits the high seas to catch dinner for a memorable dockside feast.
