Jordan tucks into crowd-pleasing, Mexican-style street fare with a zesty scallop ceviche and roasted street corn. Next, he heads to the city's most glamorous diner, The Rarebit, where the chef is cooking the way his grandma taught him. Jordan learns the secrets behind the mouthwatering shrimp and grits and tries a real Southern staple, fried chicken and waffles. Lastly, Jordan checks out Atlanta's ode to soul food, Twisted Soul Cookhouse and Pours, where the menu is inspired by Chef Deborah VanTrece's childhood in the South, her world travels and classic French techniques.
