Little Bites of Basque

Host Sarah Sharratt visits the artisanal food producers of French Basque country, helping herd the pigs and sheep that roam the rolling Pyrenees mountains. Inspired by her trip, Sarah throws a tapas party for her friends using some of the delicious Basque ham and other fresh food sourced from the region. Her menu consists of Piperade, Ham and Cheese Bites, Patatas Bravas, Gilda Lollipops and Piment Chocolate Pudding.
