Sarah gets a hands-on lesson in oyster harvesting and places a bid at the famous fish auction in Arcachon. A stop in at St. Emilion to pick up some white wine is the last stop before Sarah heads home to prepare a sea-inspired meal of Fish Ceviche Lettuce Wraps, Raw Oysters, Grilled Oysters and Limoncello Granita.
