The Four Coursemen are a group of great friends in Athens, Georgia, whose passion for food led to them creating an underground supper club consisting of all sustainable and organic foods. The Coursemen challenge themselves with each dinner, never making the same recipe twice and always trying out new ingredients and pairings. In this special, the Coursemen challenge themselves with a local ingredient, The Ossabaw Hog, from their native state. In three days, they have to put on an amazing four-course dinner for 25 locals, one of whom is a local chef ready to critique the Coursemen's dinner.
