Israel: An Old Testament to Wine

According to the book of Genesis, the first thing Noah did after disembarking from the Ark was to plant a vineyard. Shalom and welcome to Israel, where winemaking is as old as the Bible itself. Today, Israeli wines are finally coming into their own! Israel produces marvelous Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay. And it goes without saying that we're on a wine-tasting mission of biblical proportions!
