The Duke of Roxburghe has invited the Ladies to cook for the jockeys taking part in th annual races at his racecourse in Kelso on the Scottish Borders. The ladies cook: Hot Buttered Crab; Green Beans with Mustard, Stuffed Baked Codfish & Rhubarb Barmbrack
