The secret to her marinade is a tangy citrus mix of grapefruit and lime juices. The bay scallops co-mingle with heat from a serrano, a creamy avocado dice, a hit of white balsamic and a jicama crunch ( to name a few).
Alex's signature ceviche was inspired by a sunny trip to Puerto Vallarta.
