Pix Potluck: Tyler's Mussels in Green Olive Sauce

Mussels served in a bright, flavorful sauce made from green olives, capers, parsley and cilantro, served with plenty of crusty bread for dipping -- something you'd order from your favorite tapas spot with a cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc, right? This great food photo looks like it came straight out of a restaurant kitchen, but it's instead from Facebook fan Thi Kim Nguyen; she tried Tyler's recipe for Mussels in Green Olive Sauce from a Food 911 episode on tapas.

Thanks for the amazing picture, Thi, and if you're reading, let us know what kind of wine you served with your mussels.

Wondering what else to serve with these mussels at your next tapas night in? Try Tyler's Potato and Chorizo Tortilla (it's like a Spanish omelet made with potatoes and eggs), Tyler's Stewed Chickpeas and Calamari, his super-simple Serrano Ham and Melon, and Manchego Quince Skewers.  Share your pics like Thi did on our Facebook page, and you could end up on an upcoming Pix Potluck feature right here.
