Cooking Channel Thanksgiving TV Preview

Thanksgiving is coming! The turkey, the stuffing, the sides, the pies — and so much good TV to eat up, we thought you could use a little help.

Keep crafting your Thanksgiving menu with Cooking Channel this weekend...

It's that time of the year, and we always crave one or two new recipes for our Thanksgiving feast. This year, Emeril shares a menu of spatchcocked crispy honey-lemon-thyme roasted cornish game hens and pan roasted Brussels sprouts with pancetta. Are you a Spoonbread Head? Well, check out Emeril's fluffy cheddar and green onion version. For the finale, a butternut squash cobbler à la mode made with the spices of the season! Your guests will be nothing but thankful!

Giada's sister is hosting a Potluck Thanksgiving. Giada's got the sides covered, all with an Italian twist: Garlic and Sun-Dried Tomato Corn Muffin; Spicy Parmesan Green Beans and Kale; and Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Maple Cinnamon Sage Brown Butter.

Follow Alton Brown on his mission to shake the Dry Turkey Curse that's haunted his family for ages. Can he unlock the secrets to a juicy turkey with a two hour cook time before being overrun by meddlesome, uninvited kinfolk?

Aida is thankful her sister Ivy is on hand to help update some family favorites. They start with a sweet and savory Apple-Sage Roast Turkey. Then it's hearty whole wheat bread stuffing filled with dried fruit, pecans and herbs. And for dessert? A twist on the traditional pumpkin pie... pecan pumpkin crunch! And finally a simple no-recipe recipe for rich and hearty pan gravy.

Imagine Thanksgiving with ALL of the classic flavors and NONE of the food coma. Ellie makes a Thanksgiving dream come true -- you can have it all. On the menu is juicy Turkey Roulade with Apple Cider Gravy, Jewel Roasted Vegetables, crunchy Asparagus with Parmesan Egg Crumb Topping and velvety Pumpkin Flan. It's the ultimate healthy delicious Thanksgiving meal that works just as well for a party or a gathering any time of the year.

It’s the biggest meal of the year, and a tradition celebrated annually in virtually every home in America. Feast on some delicious history as Jim O’Connor visits Plymouth, Massachusetts — the home of the famous Rock — for a dramatic reenactment dinner. Jim then visits the gulf state of Louisiana and to see New Orleans’s Chef Paul Prudhomme about deep-fried turkey.

Here's a 360 degree look at Thanksgiving, the ultimate food-lover's holiday. From the first harvest table to Thanksgiving re-imagined with twists on traditional fare. Mo Rocca digs into Akhtar Nawab's Indian fusion feast, checks out Aki and Alex's molecular turkey meatballs, and even luxuriates in Christopher Kostow's posh Napa Valley Thanksgiving. You'll wanna savor every bite, from the oyster stuffing to primo pumpkin pie!
