The trio heads to Monterey, California to host a dinner to raise awareness for a monument honoring those lost at sea. Featuring sustainable seafood, seasonal ingredients and local Monterey wine, the trio work around the clock for four days to pull together a 5-star dinner and turn a fish market into a restaurant for a night.
