Tune in this Sunday at 8pm ET for Pop Up Gourmet and follow Chef Cory Vitiello, sommelier Anton Potvin and designer Bradley Denton as they work together to create a one-night only, pop-up restaurant experience with a focus on locally grown and harvested ingredients, great wine and impressive decor.
The trio heads to Monterey, California to host a dinner to raise awareness for a monument honoring those lost at sea. Featuring sustainable seafood, seasonal ingredients and local Monterey wine, the trio work around the clock for four days to pull together a 5-star dinner and turn a fish market into a restaurant for a night.
