Hobbit Bar Now Open to the Public

The Green Dragon Inn from Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit is now a real live bar.

Forget about one ring to rule them all, what about one drink to rule them all? That's right Tolkien-heads, the Green Dragon Inn is now a real live bar. This fantasy-laced watering hole was originally built as a set for Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy and the new Hobbit installment. The set makers did such a good job on it that, like a drunk Pinocchio, it has now officially transformed into a real pub.

The menu includes drinks like Girdle Fine Ale, Sackville Cider, Oak Barton Ale and Southfathing Ginger Ale. It will also feature a full menu of tasty Middle Earth goodies in the near future. We had better not tell Denny's about this development.
