Bobby Flay Brunch

Bobby Flay can cook anything, but there's nothing he loves to cook more than brunch. With a  spatula in one hand, a cocktail in the other and nowhere to be, the Iron Chef is in his element on Cooking Channel's Brunch @ Bobby's. The third season premieres tonight at 9:30pm ET with Bobby creating a brunch menu in the style of Italian trattorias -- casual, laid back and with plenty of family-style dishes!

In the picture above, he's cooking up a side of Rosemary Home Fries with Pancetta, Parmesan and Parsley. Tune in at 9:30pm ET to see how he makes his full mouthwatering menu including Cinnamon Mascarpone Pancakes with Warm Morello Cherries and Hazelnuts; Frittata with Cherry Tomatoes, Sausage, Arugula and Ricotta; and a citrus and mint cocktail he calls a Citronata to toast to an amazing new season.

Plus, be sure to check out his new web series  Bobby Flay Fit starting January 14 on FoodNetwork.com to get Bobby's fitness tips and healthy eating plans.

Tune in to Brunch @ Bobby's every Thursday at 9:30pm ET on Cooking Channel.
