McDonald’s Taiwan Unveils Wrap Filled With Locally-Sourced Rice

Long time readers of this blog know that the fast food institutions aren’t exactly the same in other countries. Some of them get fancy. Some of them get simple. Some of them get downright strange. Now McDonald's is trying to get healthy with a new series of menu items that have recently popped up at many of their Taiwan locations.

McDonald's Taiwan has recently rolled out Rice McWraps which is basically a McWrap with locally-sourced rice inside. At around 460 calories each, it's much less of a gut punch than a Big Mac and fries.
