A New Site for Finding Restaurant Jobs

Craigslist is great if you want to hang out in a random dude’s apartment to check out his collection of vintage elephant statues. But looking for work on the site can be a slog. Many of the posts seem sketchy at best and downright spammy at worst. This is doubly true for food industry work, as most of the posts don’t even list the hiring restaurant’s name.

Now there is a new website, Poached, that seeks to match restaurant to employee in the most convenient way possible. Just click on your city and start looking for work. Each entry includes a restaurant description and the ability to print it or, if you are feeling particularly charitable, share it via social network.
