Domino's Guatemala has just released their Nueva Donna pizza. This donut-shaped monstrosity may not be actually deep fried and topped with sugar, but don't worry, it's still plenty unhealthy. The donut hole, which is usually just filled with boring old air, is stuffed to the brim with chicken wings or ribs.
