Fancy this: The Japanese arm of KFC has just released a new menu called "Colonel's Dish." This higher-end line of foodstuffs can be purchased at grocery stores in Japan and features items such as Applewood-smoked chicken thighs, chicken terrine and a fruit-studded chicken ballotine (pictured).
The ballotine alone will set you back almost thirty dollars a roll. Hey, familiarizing yourself with the upper crust tends to empty the pocket book.
Check out some great chicken recipes you can make at home and won't cost nearly as much.
