Both comforting and game-day friendly, hand-held sliders make the perfect party food. Pick your favorite stuffing, be it meatballs, chicken or even tuna, and let the crowds go wild.

1. Garlicky Meatball Sliders (pictured above)

This ground beef and bacon meatball gets garlic flavor in two forms: from chopped, lightly pungent cloves baked into the meatballs, and also from sweet, earthy roasted garlic that's incorporated into a creamy spread.

Sweet and Sour Pork Sliders

Ground pork patties feature rice wine, soy sauce and sesame oil for a sour slider twist. They're coated in a sweet hoisin and honey-based sauce before being sandwiched between Hawaiian-style sweet buns.

Crispy Tuna-Cake Sliders with Citrus Slaw

Nadia G.'s five-star sliders turn canned tuna into tasty fried patties under a homemade red cabbage slaw.

Buffalo Blue Sliders

Kelsey's easy sliders work well with ground turkey or chicken. Each slider is glazed with a wing sauce and sandwiched between a blue cheese dressing-smeared bun. They've got great classic flavor and come together in just 30 minutes.

Salmon Teriyaki Sliders

Soft potato rolls are ideal for these sliders, as the soft texture of the salmon won't hold up to a crusty bakery roll. Bulk up the vegetables in this meal by serving these sliders with a simple salad of sliced seedless cucumber tossed with soy sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil.

Kimchee and Charred Scallion Mayo Sliders

These party-friendly sliders are inspired by bold Korean flavors. They're topped with kimchi and served on soft, chewy bao buns. Skip ketchup and create a condiment of mayo and soy-marinated, charred scallions to balance out the spicy kimchi.
