Churning out a batch of gooey or crispy chocolate cookies means you can get a weeks' worth of desserts done all at once. Or, freeze the dough and make each cookie as needed.

Bittersweet chocolate, unsweetened chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips mean Bobby Flay's cookies are the ultimate in chocolate decadence. Add in white chocolate chips and pecans to give these treats added flavor and texture.

"These are the most decadent fudgiest cookies you will ever eat," says Hedy Goldsmith. "I think of them as a cookie that eats like a brownie." Pure peppermint extract plus crushed peppermint candies give these cookies a ton of minty flavor.

Cocoa powder, dark chocolate and milk chocolate come together in these cookies that are ready in just under an hour.

Instant espresso coffee complements the semisweet chocolate in these cookies. Roll the finished dough in icing sugar before baking to get the beautiful crinkles and cracks when the cookies come out of the oven.
