Say "Yee-Haw!" to Texas Barbecue on Eat the Nation

They say everything's bigger in Texas, and Ching-He Huang is on the hunt to find out exactly how big and bold the barbecue is in Fort Worth on her new show  Eat the Nation. The  Easy Chinese and Restaurant Redemption host's first adventure includes smoking her first brisket at Billy's Oak Acres BBQ, checking out strapping cowboys at ranches and rodeos, and enjoying copious amounts of cowboy cuisine.
