While it's chilly in most places across the country in February, things will heat up in Florida for the South Beach Wine & Food Festival. Some of your favorite Cooking Channel hosts are heading down to cook by the ocean, and tickets are now on sale for the Feb. 24 through 28 fest.

Here's the dish on some of the chefs who'll be at SOBE in 2016: Extra Virgin's Debi Mazar and Gabriele Corcos will host a fun Italian dinner, Unique Sweets' Hedy Goldsmith will pair food and wine at a Wine Spectator tasting, and  Emeril Lagasse will be celebrating the 25th anniversary of Emeril’s Restaurant with a special dinner. And for you night owls, Taco Trip's Aarón Sánchez will serve  late-night eats at Tacos After Dark.
