This is your chance to win Tia Mowry’s new cookbook. But first, you should know why this cookbook exists. Tia has a condition called endometriosis that made it difficult to conceive a child. After advice from doctors and a lot of research, she decided to make changes to a major part of her life: the food she eats. Once she improved her diet, her migraines stopped, her skin cleared up and she was finally able to get pregnant. Now with a busy acting career and a five-year-old son, Tia has to balance an extremely busy schedule while maintaining the diet that literally changed her life.

Tia wants to inspire you with over 100 practical recipes (including her healthier take on fried chicken!) for people who want to feel great, but who don’t have a lot of time.

We're giving three of you each a copy of Whole New You: How Real Food Transforms Your Life, for a Healthier, More Gorgeous You. To enter the sweepstakes, flip through our gallery of Tia's best recipes from her show Tia Mowry at Home, and then drop a comment below letting us know which is your favorite.

Before you do that, get a sneak peek at the cookbook with Tia's Twice-Baked Sweet Potatoes recipe.

So tell us, which of these Tia Mowry at Home recipes is calling your name? You must include your email address in the “Email” field when submitting your comment so we can communicate with you if you’re a winner. (But do not post your email address in the actual body of the comment.)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., 21 years or older.  Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited. Ends 3/28/17.  Click here for full official rules.

The first step to a great morning for Tia Mowry is sunrise yoga in a park by the beach. Not everyone can live in sunny Los Angeles, though, so you may have to skip to step two: her savory quinoa breakfast bowl.
