To snooze or not to snooze; that is the question. When your alarm blares in the morning, getting out of bed in time to brew coffee and make a hot breakfast is usually nixed in favor of sleeping an extra 15 minutes. However, you can get the best of both worlds by making brinner instead.
Even though you can make standard breakfast fare — eggs on toast, quick French toast — with the extra time you have in the evening, you might as well treat yourself to something more hearty and special. Turn a standard baked potato bar into a breakfast bonanza. Fill taters with homemade maple sausage (or bacon... or both), bell peppers, mushrooms and plenty of cheese, them top 'em with chive sour cream and a fried egg.
