Dan Pashman is still amazed that he's managed to make a job out of doing what he loves--eating. He's the creator and host of the James Beard Award-nominated food podcast The Sporkful (motto: It's not for foodies, it's for eaters.) He also hosts the Cooking Channel series The Snackdown, You're Eating It Wrong and Good to Know, and is a regular contributor to NPR and Slate.
