  • 10 ounces gin
  • 1 knob ginger, peeled and chopped 
  • 1/2 beet or 5 ounces beet juice
  • 1 teaspoon agave
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Ice, for serving
  • 3 ounces soda water
  • Sprig fresh mint, for garnish


Infuse the gin with the ginger overnight. Blend 3 ounces of the gin with the beet, agave and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Pour the puree into a highball glass filled with ice, top with the soda water and stir. Garnish with mint. Screw your detox program.
