10 ounces gin

1 knob ginger, peeled and chopped 

1/2 beet or 5 ounces beet juice

1 teaspoon agave

Juice of 1 lemon

Ice, for serving

3 ounces soda water

Sprig fresh mint, for garnish


  1. Infuse the gin with the ginger overnight. Blend 3 ounces of the gin with the beet, agave and lemon juice in a blender until smooth. Pour the puree into a highball glass filled with ice, top with the soda water and stir. Garnish with mint. Screw your detox program.
