1 cup fresh whipping cream, very cold

Compound Flavorings:

1 cup mixed berries

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs of your choice


  1. In a tightly lidded mason jar, shake the whipping cream vigorously for 20 plus minutes. When butter has formed, drain the excess liquid, add your choice of flavoring - the berries or the garlic and herbs - and mix well.
