Ice, as needed

2 ounces Limoncello (lemon liqueur)

2 ounces lemon-flavored vodka

1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon prepared lemon curd

3 teaspoons pasteurized egg white

Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Shake the Limoncello, lemon-flavored vodka, lemon curd, and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice well over ice and strain into an up glass.
