2 ounces ginger-infused vodka

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar


2 shucked fresh oysters

1/2 teaspoon minced shallots

Pinch sea salt

2 wasabi peas


  1. Pour the vodka, lemon juice and rice wine vinegar into a shaker filled with ice and shake until well combined. Place the oysters into 2 shot glasses and pour the chilled vodka mixture over the oyster. Top with 1/4 teaspoon minced shallots, a pinch of sea salt and 1 wasabi pea.
