Burgers and French Fry Cupcakes

Special equipment:
a muffin top pan; a crinkle knife; French fry paper dishes
  1. For the burgers: Cut the cupcakes and brownies in half horizontally. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top half of the cupcake (dab a small amount of water on top to make them stick). Frost the bottom half of each cupcake with the yellow decorating icing (cheese), and place one of the brown patties on top of the bottom half of each cupcake. Frost the top of the brownie patties with green decorating icing (pickles) and red decorating icing (ketchup). Place the top of the cupcakes on top of the brownie patties to complete the cupcakes.
  2. For the fries: Remove the cake from the pan and cut it into 1/2- inch to 1-inch wide slices with a crinkle knife. Cut these slices down one by one to create individual fries. Place fries in French fry paper dishes, and ice with red decorating icing if ketchup look is preferred.
