Avocado and Cheese Cowboy Chicken

4 (8 ounce) skin-on chicken breasts

1 cup Zesty Italian dressing

1 cup barbecue sauce

2 tablespoons chopped rosemary

2 ripe avocados, sliced

4 slices Monterey Jack cheese


  1. Rub dressing and rosemary all over chicken. Let sit 1 hour or overnight. Heat a grill and grill the chicken until just done. Top with avocado, then cheese, and close cover of grill to melt.
