  1. Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 475 degrees F. 
  2. For the crust: Stir together the water, sugar, yeast and salt until the yeast is dissolved. Add the flour and olive oil and form into a dough ball. Let rise for 10 minutes. 
  3. Pat down the dough to make a 10-inch pizza. Spread BBQ sauce, slices of chicken and red onions onto the pizza and top with a good helping of mozzarella. Transfer to the pizza stone and cook until crispy, about 10 minutes.
