  1. Stir together the cherry wine, red wine, 2 cups water, soy sauce, cherry vinaigrette, Worcestershire, rosemary, thyme and garlic in a large bowl. The marinade is now ready to be used with your favorite cut of beef.

Cook’s Note

If you can't find cherry wine, substitute with another bottle of red wine. If you can't find cherry vinaigrette, use red wine vinaigrette.
