1/4 cup fresh or frozen and thawed cherries, chopped

4 cups low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened

1 cup hot espresso

1 ounce semi-sweet chocolate, grated


  1. Fold the cherries into the ice cream. Scoop 1 cup into each of 4 shallow, freezer-proof dishes or mugs and freeze. Right before serving, prepare the espresso. Pour the hot espresso over the frozen yogurt and top with the grated chocolate. Serve immediately.
