2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 cup frozen blueberries 

1 cup frozen pineapple 

1/2 cup stemmed, coarsely chopped kale

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 

1/2 cup plain 2-percent Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey 

2 bananas


  1. Combine the almond milk, blueberries, pineapple, kale, protein powder, Greek yogurt, honey and bananas in a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into chilled glasses and serve with a straw.
