16 ounces fromage blanc

Ripe stone fruit, such as nectarines, peaches and plums, halved, pitted and sliced, for serving

1/4 cup lavender honey, such as Miels Chailan

Toasted pine nuts, for serving 


  1. Put the fromage blanc in a shallow bowl and arrange the fruit around and on top. Drizzle with the honey and garnish with the pine nuts.
