2 scoops salted caramel gelato

1/2 cup brewed espresso, hot 


  1. Place the gelato in to the bottom of a glass and pour the hot espresso over. Use a straw and spoon to eat and drink.

Cook’s Note

You can use plain caramel gelato with an added pinch of salt instead of the salted caramel gelato.
