Ingredients

  • 2 limes, each cut into eighths
  • 20 mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 5 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 (12-ounce) can seltzer water, chilled

Directions

In a pitcher combine limes, mint leaves and sugar. Muddle with a wooden spoon to extract the juice from the limes and to break up the mint leaves. Stir in pineapple juice and seltzer. Pour into glasses filled with ice.
