Broccoli-Jalapeno Slaw

One 1-pound bag of pre-shredded broccoli slaw mix

1 jalapeno, small-diced with seeds 

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Pour the broccoli slaw into a large mixing bowl. Add the jalapeno, mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar and sugar. Using gloved hands, mix the ingredients together until fully blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with any of your favorite proteins and enjoy!

Cook’s Note

If you prefer to serve the slaw cold, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, 30 minutes. This dish can also be made a day ahead.
