Ingredients

Buffalo Chicken:
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce, such as Frank's Red Hot
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder 
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat pulledfrom the bones and skin discarded
  • 1 rotisserie chicken, meat pulled from the bones and skin discarded
Blue Cheese Dressing:
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion 
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt 
  • Dash black pepper 
  • 8 hamburger buns 
  • 8 small handfuls leaf lettuce 

Directions

Make the buffalo chicken: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add the hot sauce and chili powder and stir. Add the pulled chicken, toss together, and cook until heated through.

Make the blue cheese dressing: Combine the sour cream, blue cheese, green onion, garlic salt and black pepper in a bowl and mix well.

Toast the hamburger buns and and slather with the blue cheese dressing. Make sandwiches on the buns with the lettuce and buffalo chicken.
