Caribbean Lobster Salad

2 to 3 tablespoons Ghost Pepper Sauce, recipe follows

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Pinch garlic salt, to taste

2 whole cooked lobster tails, diced

Juice of 1 lime

1/4 green bell pepper, small dice

1/4 medium tomato, small dice

1/8 white onion, small dice

Crackers, for serving

Ghost Pepper Sauce:

Juice of 1 lime

1 ghost pepper, finely diced (you can substitute a habanero or serrano chile)


  1. Combine the Ghost Pepper Sauce, mayonnaise, garlic salt, lobster, lime juice, bell pepper, tomato and onions in a medium mixing bowl. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more Ghost Pepper Sauce, if desired. Serve with salty crackers.

  1. Combine the lime juice with the ghost pepper in a bowl.
