Cereal Milk Cocktail

8 ounces apple-cinnamon cereal, such as Apple Jacks

4 cups 2-percent milk

1 1/2 ounces anejo tequila

1/2 ounce agave nectar


Dash ground cinnamon

Dash lime zest


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, crush the cereal and add the milk. Allow to infuse for 6 hours in the refrigerator. Strain through a cone filter.
  2. Combine 3 ounces cereal-infused milk, the tequila and agave nectar. Stir. 
  3. Strain into a Collins glass full of ice. Garnish with cinnamon and lime zest.
