Cheesy Scrambled Eggs

5 large eggs

1 tablespoon butter 

1/4 cup yellow cheddar, grated 


  1. Heat a small nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Beat the eggs. Melt the butter in the pan, then add the eggs and cook, stirring constantly with a rubber spatula, until curds form. Stir in the cheese and serve immediately.
