Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sichuan peppercorns, crushed 
  • Lime wedge 
  • 2 tablespoons vodka 
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili garlic sauce 
  • 1/2 cup tomato juice 
  • 1/2 cup Tsingtao Lager beer 

Directions

On a shallow plate, combine the kosher salt and Sichuan pepper. Rim a 12-ounce glass with the lime wedge. Twist the glass rim into the salt mixture to create a spice coated rim.

Fill the glass halfway with ice. Add the Vodka then the chili paste. Add the tomato juice and then top with beer. Stir to combine. Garnish with lime wedge and serve.
