1 tablespoon Shaohsing rice wine
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Pinch sea salt
Freshly ground white pepper
1 to 2 scallions, sliced on the diagonal, for garnish
